Running for School Board: Responsibilities of a DVUSD Board Member

There will be three open seats on the DVUSD school board for the November election. Have you thought of running? Or maybe you have a friend you'd like to encourage? Join to hear from DVUSD board members Stephanie Simacek and Ann Ordway to learn what's involved in running for office and serving on the board, what the time commitment is like, and what qualifications a candidate should have. Additionally we will share training and support resources with you - if you are a pro-public school candidate running for the board, you won't be doing it by yourself!
