Data Snack: Voters in the Middle

In Maricopa County, 15% of voters are “middle”. They either vote inconsistently for either party or they’re fairly new and don’t have a track record.

LD3 has the smallest percentage of middle voters in the county at 11%, but there are big differences between precincts. Clearly, our Country Club and “Super-Red” precincts are hyper-partisan. Precincts that are more transient have more persuadable voters.
